• Telephone Infrastructure: Avaya phone switch serviced through a ISDN PRI T1 from Paetec.
  
• Disaster Recovery: HP LTO-3 drives with a total daily capacity of over 800 Gigabytes.
  
• Climate Control: Isolated climate control system to keep servers at optimum temperature.
  
• Servers: An array of Dell PowerEdge Servers with multiple Intel Processors running Windows 2003/2008 with fully redundant drives and power supplies. Co-location services available.
  
• Control and Monitoring: Easy monitoring of server status through KVM, remote control and SMNP alerting with remote reboot and reset capabilites.
